1) Marinate chicken strips in salt, blackpepper, soya sauce, red chilli paste, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste for three hours 2) Add all purpose flour, cornflour and baking powder to the marinated chicken strips 3) Mix well with little water 4) Deep fry in oil till golden color 5) Remove on strainer and keep aside 6) In a pan add two tablespoon of oil, keep on flame 7) Add dried red chillies and cashewnuts and fry till cashewnuts are browned up slightly 8} Add onions, ginger, garlic and capsicum, and stirfry while tossing well 9) Add the rest of ingredients and let it boil and thickens 10) Add fried chicken strips and toss 11) Remove from flame garnish with sesame, chopped corriander leaves and spring onions 12) Serve as you make
